The owners and developers of the property have been living in the area for many years and have experience in the creation and implementation of many projects in Costa Rica.

Our Mission

While we have owned the land for over 10 years we have only recently decided to present parcels for sale.
Changes have swept through the Real Estate market in the last five years. We have decided to take a careful and inexpensive approach to the development of this property. We have electricity on over four miles of road frontage. Permits are been processed for a deep well to replace the shallower wells already in place and hook up to our three inch buried distribution network.

We are not promising a fancy club house with pool and a community centre and various attached facilities. We can keep our prices very low by not undertaking a lot of infrastructure that is not necessary at this point. We can maintain a gated community with a limited amount of workers and only increase the costs of maintaining the property as more people live there. Taxes are a low 1/4 % a year of the declared value of the property.

It is an opportunity to own land at a very reasonable price sharing the costs of security with others who also don’t want to pay a high price for basic care of their property. Of course this approach also assures the long term appreciation and value of the land. As more services are included, when they can be afforded, and people beautify their parcels they all go up in value without saddling the original owners with high startup costs. By law we have to set up (with the oversight of the local water company) a water coop company owned by all, who can pay their bills, of course.

Town & Country Pacifica

Town and Country Pacifica is a mixed use, gated, residential community with a variety of terrain. The property is composed of various properties from less than an acre all the way up to 50 acres or larger. We have ocean view home sites, small organic farms, and jungle or hilltop retreats.

While we have many sizes and types of land already measured we will measure and customize a property to a buyers taste. While Town and Country Pacifica is quite private it is 6 minute drive from our local airport and hospital and a mere 13 minutes from the towns of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The warm beaches and cosmopolitan eateries of our coast beckon. Since we are in much visited area there is an extensive choice of tours and activities available. In fact our next door neighbor is the newest and most spectacular canopy tour of all: Sanctuario. One zipline is almost a mile long.
